AgentForge provides personalized AI Agent custom development services, including: requirements consultation, solution design, development and implementation, testing and delivery, and ongoing maintenance.
We commit to delivering a functional Agent that meets the agreed requirements within the specified timeframe. Deliverables include the Agent program, deployment documentation, and usage instructions. Full refund available during the MVP stage if you are not satisfied.
Custom-developed Agent code belongs to the client. We retain intellectual property rights to the underlying technical framework and tool libraries. Clients may not resell customized deliverables to third parties.
Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of all trade secrets and technical information disclosed during the collaboration. The confidentiality obligation survives for 2 years after the conclusion of the engagement.
Agent performance is influenced by external APIs, model capabilities, network conditions, and other factors beyond our control. While we do not guarantee ideal outcomes in all scenarios, we are committed to making our best effort to optimize performance.
Full refund available during the MVP stage if you are not satisfied. Quality-related refund requests accepted within 7 days of delivery. Beyond the refund period, service interruptions due to force majeure events will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining service term.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the matter before a court of competent jurisdiction in our registered location.
