A full-time investor's approach to automated market monitoring
Retail investor with 5 years of A-share experience, typically holding 30-50 watchlist stocks across main board and ChiNext
Way too many watchlist stocks to monitor during trading hours. The most frustrating thing was discovering after market close that a stock hit the daily limit — and you completely missed it. Tried using TongDaXin's conditional orders, but those only support basic price triggers. No way to catch volume spikes or sector-wide momentum shifts. After hours, still had to manually go through financial news and announcements, which was incredibly time-consuming.
Built a market monitoring Agent system with four modules. The market data Agent tracks the watchlist and flags unusual price moves or volume spikes. The capital flow Agent monitors institutional money and northbound capital in real time. The pre-market news Agent pulls key financial headlines and announcements from multiple sources at 8 AM every morning and sends a briefing to Feishu. The alert Agent pushes all anomalies to Feishu with urgency tiers — routine items get a summary list, urgent ones trigger an immediate notification. All trigger conditions are customizable.
“Too many watchlist stocks to track. I kept missing surges until after market close. Now I get anomaly alerts pushed to Feishu — a quick glance during lunch tells me if I need to act.”
